Framework for 3D Printing in EU Partner Institutions

This output is a corner stone document that will allow the coherent development of 3D Printing Training programs for Librarians and Library Staff. While at the international level- National Library Associations and other international organizations such as the American Library Association and the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) have issued guidelines and policy in relation to 3D Printing, at the European Level, while there is general awareness of 3D printing and its benefits for Libraries, Librarians and library users in general, there is almost complete lack of policy with regard to 3D Printing in Libraries: Policies & Best Practices.
